How long do I get the rental for?
CJ's Party Rental offers Full Day rentals. We typically drop off between 7am - 1pm and pick up after 8pm. Someone will call you the day before your event with a more exact drop off time.
How do I make a reservation?
Give us a call at (586) 557-1092 to set up your reservation.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit to secure your rentals for your event date. If you need to cancel for any reason you have up to 72hrs prior to do so and your deposit will be fully refunded.
Can we cancel if it looks like it is going to rain the day of our event?
If there is a 50% or greater chance for rain and you decide to cancel, you will get a full refund. Most of the time it will not rain during the hours of your party. Call the day before and let us know that you are considering canceling your rental. If the forecast is for scattered showers, we recommend you still take the inflatable and let the party go on. If the forecast is for rain all day, we will encourage you to cancel your rental. Refunds will not be given once the unit is delivered.
What if it calls for high winds?
If they are calling for high winds of 15 mph or over we reserve the right to decline to set up the inflatable. Your children's safety is our number one concern.
What if it gets really windy outside?
The inflatable units must be shut off if winds exceed 15 mph.
What do we do if it rains while the inflatable unit is up?
If it rains and winds are less than 15mph, leave the inflatable unit up. Once the rain stops, wipe down the inside of the inflatable unit and let the kids back in. Please be careful as the vinyl gets very slippery when wet, so make sure it is dry. If winds are more than 15mph the inflatable unit must be deflated.
What form of payments to you accept?
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards (Visa,Master Card, American Express, Discover)
What are the rules when using a Inflatables?
No food or drink, no shoes, no sharp objects, no medical conditions including pregnancy, no wrestling/roughhousing, no hanging on the netting, no flips, no silly string or sand.
Do you charge for delivery and set up?
There is never a set up fee. If your location is outside are 15 mile radius there is a $0.50 per mile (Round Trip) delivery charge. Call us for exact delivery fees.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.
What surfaces do you set up on?
The safest place is a level grassy area. We can also set up indoors.
What kind of power is required?
Our inflatable units plug into a standard 110v household outlet. We ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the unit should be no more than 75ft from that outlet.
